Thursday, March 21, 2013 - Anselme Selosse (Jacques Selosse) Legendary Dinner (Spruce Restaurant, San Francisco): Single vineyard blanc de noirs based on 03, 04, and 05 (solera style). Yellow-gold; nose of fresh brioche, more metallic, minerally; palate is superb, medium bodied, great balance. This is the best of both worlds in this flight and is quite elegant. 96-98
