Sunday, October 5, 2014 - Blind champagne tasting of 10 bottles
for me the best, the first smell was very reductive although the wine was made in a oxidative style, yeast and brioche aromas are dominating, fresh roasted bread crust, much too young, gets better with air, for many tea sausage spread in the nose. I can understand this feeling. for me the winner, potential to 95, the most complex champagne of the afternoon
