Friday, February 10, 2012 - Knightsbridge Annual Wildman Burgundy Dinner (Peninsula Hotel - Chicago IL): White summer flowers on nose with apple and pear aromas. Fat fruit flavors of ripe apple and lemon come through powerfully on the palate. Better depth and weight than I've typically come to expect from Maison Leflaive wines.
