Saturday, August 7, 2010 - New wave 2008 white Burgundy tasting (Prince Wine Store - Bank Street): Standout wine of the tasting with green apple and waxy wood with white floral notes as well. The palette is rich, round and focused with concentrated apricots and dried pears and a big nutty/straw finish.
