Sunday, March 15, 2015 - Beautiful golden color. Expressive nose of vinous petrol, peach pits, and floral notes. An undercurrent of energy expressed in its breadth, but still light on its feet. Crisp, complex fruit with a durable finish. I continue to find viura one of the most versatile whites for difficult food pairings, and this LdH is an excellent viura (10% malvasía). Outstanding tonight with seafood and asparagus.
