Among the new mandarin oriental style chai its difficult not to be influenced! Very young and closed (ont he nose) at the moment. However not austere or harsh in any way. A nice sweet undertone too and lots of earth in the mix. This will make for good early drinking. Of course we prewered the 01 but still one to look our for assuming price is reasonable.
