Saturday, January 5, 2013 - 30 minute decant at restaurant; very dark, with fair amount of sediment... Lush, dark fruit jumps from the glass with rich palate of fig, cherry and dark chocolate. Medium-long herbal notes on the finish. This is a very satisfying and luxurious CAb! Fantastic.
