Thursday, July 1, 2010 - Jim says this was picked around 25 brix, done in stainless steel. Explosive floral and perfumed aromatics leading into a palate full of peach, orange blossom and mineral notes; the texture's very polished and slightly creamy, but this has fantastic precision and purity with really nice acids and great length. Fantastic wine, one of the best Viogniers I've had!
