Monday, December 29, 2014 - Highly aromatic: bold fruits and picked up on some slight barbecue sauce elements of cumin and cinnamon

Savory at the front, with significant savory length
Mild bitter finish; high acid with very little sweet. Some slight savory.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied

While not remarkable, it was fairly balanced.
