Tuesday, December 29, 2015 - Drinking really well at the moment. The fruit is closing in on it's metamorphosis to Pinosity. Pretty lush yet still refined with perfect acidity and grip. Perhaps the ideal red food wine. IMHO, '09s are living up to the deserved hype.
