Thursday, May 14, 2015 - Color: Straw Yellow, nice amount of fine bubbles. Aroma: Citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, honey, mint, banana. Very floral with some air exposure. Taste: @Palate Entry, Brioche, sweet, buttery and creamy. Mid-Palate: Minty, honey, citrus peel, salted toffee. Finish: Lemon, lime, ginger, stoney, mineraly. A very complex Champagne, clean and precise, sweet honey and salted toffee with air. Still has a lot of life left.
