Followed the 95 Palmer, this wine had a vibrant purple hue, and an intense nose that reminded me of Barossa. Big, powerful fruit with nice fruit tannin and a touch of oak remaining, and a very nice finish. Very impressive, although I should note judging from recent reviews that this wine has been cellar kept since release, and seemed to have several more years ahead. It doesn't appear that other bottles have fared so well.
