Appereance: The wine is clear, the intensity of the colour is pale and the colour is lemon. The mousse has small bubbles and the persistence is short.
Nose: The wine is clean, it has medium medium- intensity, it is youthful and has aromas of green apples.
Palate:The wine is dry, with medium+ acidity, it has medium alcohol(12%) the body is light and the intensity of the flavour is medium+. The flavours have hints of green apples, apricot and some toasted aromas. The lenght is medium+.
Assessment of quality: It is a very good wine because the lenght is long on the palate, there is balance beetwen acidity and mousse it has enough complexity on the palate, but lack complexity on the nose.
Readiness for drinking/potential for ageing: Can drink now, but has potential for ageing 2-3 years because the good level of acidity
