Wednesday, March 4, 2015 - Deep salmon color reveals a bit of bottle age. Fine bubbles and short-lived mousse. Very shy nose when chilled. Rather light mouthfeel for a demi-sec. Ripe cantaloupe and a bit of brioche toast. Not much of a finish, but you're not drinking this for the finish.
