Tuesday, May 6, 2014 - Still looks young. Smoke is the first thing to hit both the nose and mouth. Not in a bad way - more like the morning after a big firework party. Where the nose is followed up by floral notes the taste becomes lemons with a brisk and very long acidity. This is unusual, it has echoes of Sauvignon blanc but much less in your face, and smokier.
