Wednesday, December 9, 2009 - Pale yellow with just the slightest hint of green. Musty fruit nose. Great balance of flavors, tart but there is also just a touch of sweetness. I taste pear but my wife says more like apple. It seems a bit more acidic than the Italian Pinot Grigio that we have been drinking. It will be interesting to see how that works with food.
