Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Friday Night Double Blind Tasting $40+ (Bin 75): Very dark core, cloudy, dark dull garnet rim; older, dark fruit, herbs, tar, blackberry, big, sweet wood, chocolate; nice structure, softened but still prominent tannin, blackcurrant, deep, menthol; fairly restrained for Aussie, not bad.
