Sunday, March 11, 2012 - The 2008 Pinot Noirs had seemed to go off cycle the last. 6 months. However a taste of this wine this weekend showed that they were coming back. Berry fruit bouquet with a hint of tobacco. Taste was smooth berry fruit and this wine is developing nicely. Suggest it needs another 2-4 years to start hitting it's prime
