93 Points

Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - White Burgs (Mpls, MN): Light gold color. 2oz pour x 2 over 75 minutes. This was tight and muted on the nose initially, it took a good 30 minutes or more to show its stuff, but when it did, it was wonderful as expected. Earthy, orange peel, lemon emerges, lime hints, subtle butterbrickle. The palate has a depth and power, rich but liner with stylish minerality, lemon-lime, emerging spices, excellent length. This evolved so nicely after a rather subtle start. 93+pts.
