Sunday, July 26, 2015 - PnVnD let air for 1hr. Beautiful cassis aroma from the moment it was poured. Dense dark purple with plum rim. Cassis blackberry espresso and orange blossom on the nose. Medium weight with silky espresso and cherry skin tannins. Burst of black and red fruits on the palate with notes of espresso leather and herbs. Becoming more elegant and integrated. Lots of complexity for the price. Have loved this all along the way but it is in a really sweet spot right now that tempts me not to hold on to the rest too much longer.
