Thursday, May 7, 2015 - Backwards on PnP. Throwing some sediment. Decanted for an hour and it started to open up, but it didn't fully emerge until Day 2. Gingerbread, orange peel, camphor, boysenberry, cedar, cocoa. Smooth on the palate with fine dusty tannins. A bold wine that should last at least another 5 years.
