Saturday, February 13, 2016 - Cork was barely soaked. Decanted 2 hours - plenty of sediment. Deep colour still, with minimal bricking at the rim. Rich and decadent nose - black fruits, chocolate, vanilla, oak. The palate is harmonious and full bodied. The tannins are well integrated. Its long, rich, well suited to steak.
