Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Decanted at restaurant. Deep purple color; blackcurrant nose, somewhat muted. Medium bodied black cherries, medium tannins good structure. Flavors somewhat muted but starting to open up, probably a few years from beginning peak drinking window. I would hold for at least another 2-3 years. If drink now, best to open and air out for 45 min. Good potential.
