Monday, January 25, 2016 - Poured blind (knowing only it was a single varietal) couldn't come up with any possibility other than domestic Grenache. Even got the Paso part right. Vibrant, fresh, non-jammy cherries without a hint of the horse stall that can often tip off a Mourvèdre. Still youthful, with nicely balanced acid and concentration, without being over extracted. Lacks complexity, but very pleasurable.
