Saturday, August 13, 2011 - 2007 and 2009 Joh. Jos. Prums (PJ Wines, New York City): Crisp, linear; some noticable spritz. A bit of that Prum funk (sulfur, yeast?). Really scrapes the palate in a pleasantly refreshing manner. A bit closed, but the quality is evident.
