Thursday, September 29, 2011 - Joh. Jos. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese Vertical (Otis' house): Opened by Otis at his home as part of a vertical. Clear color. The acidity in this young wine shakes your teeth. Very young and energetic. Needs time but mighty tasty now if you like high acid. The most tropical of the 7 wines in the vertical. 91-92+ points
