Friday, August 30, 2013 - beautiful sulfur and mouth-feel. This wine exudes class. Acidity remains evident and effervescent. Can still tense one's mouth in anticipation of the acidity. High ripeness common to Mosel and long finish one hopes to receive. Finish still evident at 60sec+. Fantastic wine.
