Thursday, December 3, 2015 - HDH Holiday Wine Tasting (HDH Offices - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Papaya and ripe stone fruit gives this a ripe and tropical aromatic start.. While the same flavors profile comes through on palate, the wine is very well balanced giving an almost weightless, elegant texture that I find rare and exceptional for a wine at this price. Good now, but with the stuffing to age gracefully.
