Saturday, November 1, 2014 - Golden yellow, very low dosage. Terrific mouthfeel. Nose w ripe red apples, honeysuckle, sweet wheat dough, some dried apricot, marzipan and even a faint whiff of arrak. Palate is mature and complex w preserved freshness from the low dosage. Minerality, acidity well integrated. Very nice.
