Wednesday, July 8, 2015 - Dark red color, slight garnet edge. Assertive nose, immediate: olives, black pepper, wood smoke, burnt cherry, mixed garrigue. On arrival, medium fine tannin and medium-low acidity; elegant structure. Flavors repeat the elements from the nose, both fruity and savory, and in great harmony. Sustained finish, wicked good. With oak-grilled rabbit paella, memorable. Bottle #6 of twelve.
