Friday, December 25, 2015 - A wine that challenges the established notion of rose champagne. A bit Lambrusco, a bit Bourgogne rouge and a bit rose champagne. Redder than a typical rose, with plenty of sour-tinged red berries on the nose and palate and a fine minerally spine. Lots of high tones here which are tempered by a fine bead. Tannins are quite resolved. Fine focus and length. Very unique.
