Wednesday, August 21, 2013 - Another great example of how Paul Draper makes age-worthy, relatively low alcohol and complex zin-based wines. Beautiful dark red cherry color. Rich, ripe nose of berries and baking spices. The palate yields multi-layered fruits and spices. Perfect balance. A very sophisticated wine that is much better at age 13 than at anytime sooner. Delicious!
