Saturday, January 28, 2012 - Clear with med-lite viscosity in the glass. Honeydew, pear, apple, citrus and wet stone on the nose. Lite body and off-dry with citrus, apple and honeydew on the palate. Fruit disappears by mid-palate. Tart, gritty minerals and waxiness on back. Not enough acidic structure. Short finish. Refreshing Summer drinker.
