Friday, January 18, 2013 - Drank at Camino in Oakland. Everyone loved this bottle. Quite savory--bloody, smoky, bacon--but with great freshness and a very pure blueberry component. The wine developed throughout the meal, with warmer spices emerging. Quite serious but very pleasant. Really wish I left some in the bottle and watched this develop over a few days. Just a stunning Syrah from Salinia.
