Tuesday, May 30, 2006 - Little nose; some butter and a little mineral but not much. Very flat fore-palate which continues throughout the wine but there are some soft fruits and white pepper which develop with the white pepper hanging on a short finish. Too many flaws but the fruit, mineral and pepper show what it could have been.
