Saturday, October 29, 2011 - Nose of violets and burnt rubber. Flavor profile to me is nothern Rhone in style with pepper/spice, leather up front with nice fruit coming on the back end. Fairly lengthly finish. Takes a while 1 hour (at least) in the decanter to open from cellar temp.
