Friday, April 3, 2015 - Raspberry, black cherry, roses, cola, herbs. Full bodied, rich and intense. Almost jammy. Somewhat sweetish in the mouth; velvety and smooth. Excellent balance. A long velvety finish. Pairs well with Atlantic salmon, but this wine is more appreciated by itself. Glad I have some more!
