Thursday, February 12, 2015 - Cellarhand Riesling Tasting: Ripe nose - peach, pear and pineapple as well as some celery and toast. Palate reflects that ripeness, there is a boldness to the one and it takes a second to adjust your mindset to the wine, but once I did it was quite lovely.
