Sunday, October 24, 2010 - Pinot-like color, see-through. Raspberries on the nose, mint. Heavy & viscous on the palate - unexpected with such a light color. Rich, dark fruit and meaty. Some bitterness which was mostly, but not completely gone the next day (vac-u-vin, not refrigerated). Cherries and lots of white pepper to a long finish. This is very nice - excellent QPR. Will save the rest for a few years.
