Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - sometimes a wine that is iconic when young grows to be even better with age. Such is this one. The oak is still in abundance. The butter has mellowed into a butterscotch without the sweetness. The wine is more rounded, deeper and more nuanced. I sure am glad that I have more!
