Thursday, July 18, 2013 - A private lunch (The Seafood Restaurant, Padstow, UK): Rich, golden colour; rich nose of honey, peach and lemon curd, hint of caramel; rich and fleshy palate, with lovely apricot and passionfruit flavours, concentrated, balancing acidity and just a hint of VA; good length. Matches a good Sauternes for quality. Lovely with the tarte tatin.
