Friday, December 31, 2010 - Did not take formal notes, but drank along with a NV Billecart Rose, NV Moutard, NV Veuve Cliquot, NV De Margerie Cuvee Speciale and a '00 Billecart Cuvee Francois and the Cristal was head and shoulders above the others. I do remember intense bubbles, but after they calmed down, creamy vanilla lemon and great balance and precision.
