Friday, December 31, 2010 - This was the wine of the night. Crisp and precise, hints of lemon and apple, faint yeast in the background. Lazer-like in the midpallet complimented by lively bubbles. This is one of the bottles that opens my eyes to champagne enjoyment. Great way to bring in the new year.
