Sunday, November 16, 2014 - Opened up 3 hours in advance of drinking. This wine is practically transparent in color yet on the nose this wine jumps out of the glass revealing tons of red berried fruit, kirsch, licorice and herbs which follow through on the lively palate with a floral and lingering white pepper finish. This is a delicious glass of a well made modern CdP.
