Friday, December 21, 2012 - This wine is evolving very nicely, initially still very tight and in fact took 3 hours to really show its stuffings. But when it does, its a pretty sublime white wine with very fresh citrus nose, quite a powerful initial attack and there come the minerals, loads of it, lingering and very long. Would really like to see how it continues to evolve but this is no ordinary Bourgogne.
