Wednesday, September 18, 2013 - Lower rating because we did wait too long to consume. That's why I'm using cellar tracker. I need a kick in the pants to start managing our consumption... Anyway, it started out with a somewhat grainy mouthfeel, but opened up into a rich, dark mushroom/earthy cabernet.
