Thursday, November 25, 2010 - The fill was well into the neck, and the cork was sound; popped and poured, and then evaluated over the next six hours. A much more advanced color than I was expecting, with some amber at the rim. Pretty straight-forward; lacking in terms of complexity, texture and grip. This wine is either going through an awkward stage, or is cracking up and on the downslope.
