Thursday, December 1, 2011 - Poured yellow-gold with a hint of green. Delicate nose, very minerally and subtle citrus. Palate was showing tertiary elements with aged characteristics, no petrol or oxidation, good fine acid and a delicate lusciousness. Drink now or over the next 2-5 years.
