Tuesday, March 19, 2013 - Moët & Chandon (Wijnhandel Peeters @ Rotterdam , the Netherlands.): The 2004 Grand Vintage Brut Rosé is a relatively recent phenomenon in the Moet Chandon line-up. The bouquet is deep, complex and youthfully tight, as it offers up a very, very promising nose of dark fruit and a touch of cacao. On the palate the wine is fullbodied and very, pure, with soft tannins and a brilliant length. A food wine ! Pinot Noir 45% of which 22% red wine. Chardonnay 31%. Pinot Meunier 24%. Disgorged in 2012 - Dosage: 5g/l.
