Wednesday, May 21, 2014 - This took a surprising 2 hours to open in decanter. When in its zone it showed tar, sour cherries and secondary notes on the nose. Luscious texture which was somewhere between burgundy and Bordeaux, and with an Italian acidity punch. A bit dusty on the finish. Lovely wine.
